Armstrong Flooring, a manufacturer of laminate flooring, and its agency BBDO New York wanted to create a print campaign featuring lookalike actors portraying famous people, accompanied by the tagline, “It only looks like the real thing.” GreenLight suggested the instantly recognizable Bruce Lee. As representatives of the icon’s estate, GreenLight was able to secure the necessary permissions quickly and the agency was cleared to use Lee’s likeness.
